Job summary

The Ebuilder Project Management System Administrator (PMIS) at Baptist Health will be the primary contact for a project or group of projects to maintain system level configuration and will support both internal and external users. The PMIS Administrator will liaise with PMIS Team Leadership and end users to implement account level modifications such as data fields, reports, dashboards and templates.

Salary range: $69,845.44 - $90,799.07 per year depending on experience.

Qualifications

• Associate Degree in Computer Science, Business or related field is minimum.
• Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
• Three+ years experience using a PMIS or construction management software.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, problem solving, and training ability.

Responsibilities

• Maintain system level configuration for a PMIS across a project or group of projects.
• Support internal and external users and liaise with PMIS teams and stakeholders.
• Manage system access, data fields, reports, dashboards and templates.
• Train junior staff and develop creative solutions to problems.
