Job summary

Four Oaks Enterprise in Cedar Rapids, IA is seeking Overnight Youth Counselors for the 3rd shift. You will provide safety, stability, supervision and support for youth in residential treatment through our PMIC and QRTP programs, becoming a calm, consistent presence during overnight hours. Applicants must be 21+ with a High School Diploma or GED.

Qualifications

• To qualify you must be at least 21 years of age and possess a High School Diploma or GED.
• Strong communication and problem solving abilities are required.
• Basic computer skills in a MS Office environment are expected.
• Possession of a degree in Social Services or related field is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide safety, stability, supervision, and support for youth in residential treatment and services.
• Occasional overnight shift presence to maintain a calm, supportive environment.
• Help youth engage with PMIC and QRTP programs and ensure continuity during the night.

As a Night Youth Services Worker, you’ll play an important role in providing safety, stability, supervision, and support for youth receiving residential treatment and services through our PMIC and QRTP programs.

Our youth need dependable adults around the clock. During the overnight hours, you are the calm, consistent presence helping maintain a safe and supportive environment.

3RD SHIFT PAY DIFFERENTIAL

Qualifications & Program Information

What you need:
