Job summary

Four Oaks Family And Childrens Services is seeking Overnight Youth Counselors for 3rd shift in Cedar Rapids, IA, Marion, and Bertram near STOP Program locations. You will help provide safety, supervision, and support for youth in residential treatment programs.

Must be 21+, with a High School Diploma or GED. A degree in Social Services is preferred; prior experience with children is a plus but not required. MS Office skills and strong communication are valued as part of this overnight role.

Responsibilities

• Provide safety, stability, supervision and support for youth in residential programs.
• Be a calm, consistent presence during overnight hours.
• Support PMIC and QRTP program participants.
• Turn overnight hours into meaningful work.
