Job summary

Four Oaks Enterprise in Cedar Rapids, IA is seeking Overnight Youth Counselors for the 3rd shift. You will provide safety, stability, supervision and support for youth in residential treatment through our PMIC and QRTP programs, becoming a calm, consistent presence during overnight hours. Qualifications

• To qualify you must be at least 21 years of age and possess a High School Diploma or GED.
• Strong communication and problem solving abilities are required.
• Basic computer skills in a MS Office environment are expected.
• Possession of a degree in Social Services or related field is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide safety, stability, supervision, and support for youth in residential treatment and services.
• Occasional overnight shift presence to maintain a calm, supportive environment.
• Help youth engage with PMIC and QRTP programs and ensure continuity during the night.
