Job summary

Psych Health Associates in Atlanta is seeking a dedicated PMHNP for full-time, Monday–Friday clinical work. The role spans multiple facilities with travel to onboarding new providers and supporting current teams.

You will provide comprehensive psychiatric care under physician guidance and contribute to high-quality, patient-centered outcomes. The position offers autonomy, opportunities for professional growth, and collaboration within a physician-led group.

Qualifications

• Active Florida APRN license in good standing.
• National Board Certification as PMHNP.
• DEA license required.
• 1 year of psychiatric experience.
• Proficiency with electronic medical records (EMR).
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct psychiatric evaluations, record patient histories, and maintain documentation.
• Develop and implement treatment plans with supervising physicians and facility staff.
• Order and interpret diagnostic tests as needed.
• Prescribe and manage psychiatric medications.
• Educate patients on health promotion and psychiatric conditions.
• Refer patients to specialists when appropriate.
• Participate in case reviews and care coordination.
• Adhere to regulatory requirements and reporting standards.
• Additional duties as assigned.
