Job summary

Oasis Mental Health Centers Medical LLC in New Jersey is seeking a full-time Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner to join our state-wide clinics, including Freehold and Tinton Falls.

You will provide advanced psychiatric care, administer Spravato (esketamine) and oversee TMS treatment within a multidisciplinary team, and contribute to a traditional psychiatry, medication-management program across our centers.

Qualifications

• Master's or Doctoral degree in Nursing with Psychiatry specialization.
• Active and unrestricted PMHNP license in NJ.
• Board Certification as PMHNP-BC.
• Minimum 3 years psychiatric care experience; esketamine/ketamine experience preferred.
• REMS certification required or to be obtained.

Responsibilities

• Patient Assessment: Conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations to determine suitability of Spravato and/or TMS treatment.
• Treatment Planning: Develop individualized care plans with the treatment team and monitor progress.
• Administration of Spravato: Oversee and administer Spravato treatments per REMS requirements.
• Monitoring and Follow-Up: Monitor patients for adverse reactions and provide follow-up care.
• Patient Education: Inform patients and families about Spravato therapy and other options.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate medical records in compliance with clinic policies.
• Collaboration: Work with psychiatrists, therapists, and other providers for coordinated care.
• Crisis Intervention: Respond to psychiatric emergencies during treatment sessions.
• Patient Advocacy: Ensure compassionate, confidential patient care.
