Job summary

OASIS MENTAL HEALTH CENTERS MEDICAL LLC seeks a full-time Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner to lead Spravato and TMS treatments in New Jersey clinics. The role requires a PMHNP-BC, 3+ years of psychiatric care experience, REMS familiarity, and a compassionate, patient-centered approach.

You will assess patients, create care plans, administer Spravato, monitor responses, educate families, and maintain compliant records while collaborating with psychiatrists and therapists across multiple NJ centers.

Qualifications

• Master's or Doctoral degree in Nursing with a Psychiatry specialization.
• Active and unrestricted PMHNP-BC license in NJ.
• REMS certification to administer Spravato treatments.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in psychiatric care.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations to determine appropriateness of Spravato and/or TMS treatment.
• Develop individualized care plans, monitor progress, and adjust as needed.
• Oversee and administer Spravato treatments under REMS program guidelines.
• Monitor patients during sessions for adverse reactions and provide follow-up care.
• Educate patients and families on risks, benefits, and expectations of Spravato therapy and other options.
• Maintain accurate medical records and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Collaborate with psychiatrists, therapists, and other providers for coordinated care.
• Provide crisis intervention for psychiatric emergencies during treatment.
• Advocate for patient needs and ensure compassionate, confidential care.
