Job summary

ARC Health Partners is seeking a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) for opportunities across Missouri and partner practices. Roles include outpatient psychiatric evaluations, medication management, and collaborative care within a patient-centered model.

Positions can be in-person, hybrid, or remote depending on the site. Required PMHNP-BC certification, an active APN license, and DEA number. Prior outpatient experience and strong communication are preferred.

Qualifications

• Board certification as PMHNP-BC required.
• Active and unrestricted Advanced Practice Registered Nurse license.
• Valid DEA number and prescriptive authority.
• Minimum of 1 year post-certification, outpatient experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to work in a multidisciplinary team.

Responsibilities

• Conduct psychiatric assessments and diagnoses.
• Prescribe and manage psychotropic medications.
• Monitor treatment response and adjust care plans.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
• Collaborate with therapists and other providers as part of an integrated care model.
• Site/Partner Practice dependent; PMHNPs may oversee staff for daily TMS treatments.
