ARC Health Partners is seeking Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioners (PMHNPs) for high earning potential opportunities in New York. Roles include in-person, hybrid, or remote work within applicable states.

Employment types span W-2 full-time, W-2 part-time, or 1099 opportunities by practice. PMHNPs provide comprehensive psychiatric evaluations, medication management, and collaborative care within outpatient settings.

Qualifications

• Board certification as PMHNP-BC
• Valid, unrestricted APRN license in the practicing state
• Valid RN license in the practicing state
• Valid DEA registration and related credentials to prescribe medications
• Minimum of 1 year post-certification experience, outpatient preferred
• Ability to work independently and in a multidisciplinary team
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Maintain professional liability insurance
• Comply with prescription drug monitoring programs

Responsibilities

• Conduct psychiatric assessments and diagnoses
• Prescribe and manage psychotropic medications
• Monitor treatment response and adjust care plans
• Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation
• Collaborate with therapists and other providers as part of an integrated care model
• PMHNPs may oversee staff technicians for daily TMS treatments where applicable
