Job summary

ARC Health is seeking Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioners (PMHNP) to join partner practices across multiple states. roles involve comprehensive psychiatric evaluations, medication management, and collaboration with therapists in outpatient settings.

Qualifications

• Board certification as a PMHNP (PMHNP-BC) is required.
• Unrestricted APRN license in the state of practice.
• Unrestricted nursing license as required by state law.
• DEA number and ability to prescribe controlled substances.
• Minimum of 1 year post-certification outpatient experience.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
• Maintain adequate professional liability insurance.
• Comply with prescription drug monitoring program regulations.

Responsibilities

• Conduct psychiatric assessments and diagnoses.
• Prescribe and manage psychotropic medications.
• Monitor treatment response and adjust care plans.
• Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation.
• Collaborate with therapists and other providers in an integrated care model.
• Site/Partner Practice dependent, may perform TMS mappings.
• Site/Partner Practice dependent, may oversee staff performing daily TMS treatments.
