Job summary

ARC Health is seeking Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioners (PMHNP) for opportunities across partner practices. Roles include psychiatric evaluations, medication management, and collaboration within multidisciplinary teams in outpatient settings.

Positions are in-person, hybrid, or remote within applicable states; full-time, part-time, or contract options available. Qualified candidates hold PMHNP-BC, active RN license, DEA, and at least 1 year post-certification outpatient experience.

Qualifications

• Board-certified PMHNP with active license(s).
• Experience in outpatient settings preferred.
• Ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Conduct psychiatric assessments and diagnoses.
• Prescribe and manage psychotropic medications.
• Monitor treatment response and adjust care plans.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation.
• Collaborate with therapists and other providers in an integrated care model.
• Oversee PMHNPs per site/partner practice guidance for TMS when applicable.
