Job summary

ARC Health is seeking a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) to support partner practices across states. Roles are available in-person, hybrid, or remote settings with W-2, part-time, or 1099 arrangements, depending on practice needs.

The PMHNP will conduct psychiatric assessments, prescribe medications, monitor responses, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality care. Training and licensing requirements must be maintained per state regulations.

Qualifications

• Must be board-certified as a PMHNP (PMHNP-BC).
• Valid and unrestricted APRN license where practice is located.
• Valid RN license and DEA registration required to prescribe medications.
• Minimum of 1 year post-certification experience, outpatient preferred.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.

Responsibilities

• Conduct psychiatric assessments and diagnoses.
• Prescribe and manage psychotropic medications.
• Monitor treatment response and adjust care plans.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation.
• Collaborate with therapists and other providers in an integrated care model.
• Oversee staff technicians for TMS where site/partner practice allows.
