Job summary

ARC Health Partners is seeking Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioners (PMHNP) for partner practices across multiple states, with options for remote, hybrid, or in-person work. Opportunities include full-time, part-time, or contract engagements, varying by practice.

PMHNPs will perform psychiatric evaluations, medication management, and collaborate with therapy and interdisciplinary teams in outpatient settings, focusing on safe prescribing and patient engagement.

Qualifications

• Board certification as PMHNP-BC.
• Valid and unrestricted APRN license in the state of practice.
• Valid DEA registration and licenses to prescribe controlled substances.
• Minimum of 1 year post-certification experience, outpatient preferred.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Conduct psychiatric assessments and diagnoses.
• Prescribe and manage psychotropic medications.
• Monitor treatment response and adjust care plans.
• Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation.
• Collaborate with therapists and other providers in an integrated care model.
