Televero Health is hiring a Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) for a 100% virtual, part-time role in Florida. The team supports a diverse patient population with a flexible schedule, 16 to 32 hours per week, and supervision under a Director of Nursing and Supervising MD.

The role emphasizes high-quality care, protocol development, and collaboration with clinicians across telehealth platforms, with compensation listed at $85–$90 per hour and benefits such as liability insurance.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in psychology, social work or related field.
• MSN with PMHNP specialization (CCNE-accredited).
• Active PMHNP License in Florida.
• Minimum 2 years' experience.
• Two+ years Telehealth experience.
• Two+ years Outpatient experience.
• Two+ years Prescribing experience.
• Experience diagnosing and treating ASD.

Responsabilidades

• Provide services via the Televero Telehealth platform, both live and offline.
• Maintain a high quality of care consistent with the practice’s goals.
• Assist with developing our behavioral health practice, including protocol development and training.
• Prescribe medications and close out medication tickets promptly.
• Take notes and assign billing codes within the EMR, including no-shows.
• Closeout documentation within 24 hours of patient encounter.
• Review and interpret patient assessments used in the practice.
• Attend monthly peer, supervisory, and educational meetings.

Your role

Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP)

Your day-to-day expectations

• Provide services via the Televero Telehealth platform, both live and offline
• Maintain a high quality of care consistent with the practice’s goals
• When not treating patients, assisting with, but not limited to, developing our behavioral health practice to include protocol development, training, and engaging in clinical behavioral health discussions with prospective clients
• Prescribe medications and close out medication tickets in a timely manner
• Take notes and assign billing codes within the EMR, including no-shows
• Closeout documentation within twenty-four hours of the patient encounter
• Review and interpret any patient assessments that we use in the practice
• Attend monthly peer, supervisory, and educational meetings

Your workday

This position is 100% virtual.

We are open from 9:00 am to 9:00 pm EST, Monday through Sunday.

This position is part-time from 16 to 32 hours of patient time per week.

We will work with you to ensure a flexible schedule.

This role reports to Televero's Director of Nursing and a Pod Leader (Supervisory MD).

Experience to thrive

• Bachelor's degree in psychology, social work or related field.
• Completion of CCNE-accredited Master's of Science in Nursing (MSN) with a Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) specialization.
• Active PMHNP License in Florida.
• Minimum 2 years' experience.
• Two or more years of Telehealth experience.
• Two or more years of Outpatient experience.
• Two or more years of Prescribing experience.
• Experience diagnosing and treating Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD).
