Salary / Hourly Rate: $120,000 – $150,000 per year

Job Summary
The PMHNP provides integrated psychiatric care for adolescents and teens experiencing mental health and substance use disorders. This hybrid position combines telehealth and in-person care in a collaborative, multidisciplinary setting. The role involves assessment, diagnosis, treatment planning, medication management, and coordination of care, with a strong focus on supporting both patients and their families.
Job Duties & Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive assessments and diagnostic evaluations considering mental and physical health
- Provide holistic, integrated care including prevention, chronic disease management, and acute intervention
- Prescribe and manage psychiatric medications based on individualized treatment needs
- Collaborate with therapists, physicians, and other healthcare professionals to develop care plans
- Offer psychoeducation and therapeutic support to patients and their families
- Coordinate services with outside providers, schools, and community partners as needed
- Maintain up-to-date and accurate clinical records in the electronic health system
- Actively participate in team meetings, quality initiatives, and program development
- Ensure compliance with ethical standards and legal regulations governing mental health practice
- Pursue ongoing education to stay current in psychiatric and adolescent care best practices
