Mindful Therapy Group in Northeast Portland, Oregon seeks a PMHNP for a contract private practice partnership. You’ll provide psychiatric evaluations, diagnoses, treatment planning, medication management, and timely follow-up care in a supported setting with hybrid remote options.

The role offers infrastructure and collaboration to help you grow your own practice, with coaching, referrals, credentialing, billing, scheduling, and secure EHR access for eligible PMHNPs.

Qualifications

• Active ARNP license in Oregon and prescribing credentials.
• DEA registration and relevant clinical privileges.
• Ability to provide psychiatric evaluations and treatment planning.
