Job summary

Responsibilities

• Deliver comprehensive medication management and document sessions in the EHR.
• Review and approve prescriptions from other prescribers; coordinate care with external providers.
• Be physically present on-site at the Nashville program on scheduled days.
• Maintain timely communication with supervisors and program staff.
• Complete admission documentation within 48 hours for new admissions.
• Participate in monthly supervision sessions with VP Clinical Excellence and the Medical Director.
