Qualifications

• Current PMHNP license and DEA.

Responsibilities

• Perform psychiatric evaluations and diagnoses; plan and prescribe treatments.
• Provide services within medical standards and licensing requirements.
• Maintain complete medical records and accurate documentation.
• Collaborate with MD/DO for complex cases and coordinate care.
• Deliver telemedicine assessments and follow-ups as needed.
• Coordinate care with families, PCPs, and other providers.
