New Season Treatment Centers seek a Nurse Practitioner to support patient care with evaluations, intake and discharge processes. The NP will work alongside the Medical Director, nursing staff and counselors to deliver comprehensive care for individuals with opioid use disorder.

The role requires an active FL NP license, DEA Schedule II-C, and Medicaid/Medicare credentialing, with psychiatric certification preferred for Florida.

Qualifikationen

• Active Florida Nurse Practitioner license.
• DEA license with Schedule II-C ability to prescribe buprenorphine.
• Medicaid/Medicare credentialed.
• Psychiatric certification for FL.
• Two years of experience in Substance Abuse.

Aufgaben

• Evaluate patients and conduct health screenings.
• Assist Medical Director with intake, discharge and administrative procedures.
• Communicate effectively with nursing staff, counselors and Program Director.
• Provide training to nursing staff.
• Ensure correct medication dosage changes and document appropriately.
• Attend weekly staff meetings and document in patient records.
• Review and sign clinical documentation forms.
