New Season Treatment Centers is seeking an experienced APP to join our outpatient Addiction Medicine and Behavioral Health team in Portland, Oregon. The role focuses on MAT, buprenorphine, and recovery services for OUD/SUD, working with NPs/PA-Cs with strong behavioral health background.

Formación

• Current and active Oregon NP, PMHNP, or PA-C license.
• DEA registration with Schedule II-V prescribing authority.
• Ability to prescribe buprenorphine in line with regulations.
• Active Medicare and Medicaid credentialing.
• Minimum two years in Addiction Medicine or related fields.
• Experience in outpatient clinical settings.
• Proficient with EMR/EHR, MS Office, and Google Workspace.

Responsabilidades

• Provide comprehensive care for SUD/OUD patients via MAT, including buprenorphine.
• Conduct patient assessments, physical exams, and treatment planning.
• Manage medications and coordinate outpatient treatment services.
• Collaborate with behavioral health and primary care teams.
• Document care in EMR/EHR and ensure regulatory compliance.
