Fairfax Behavioral Health in the Seattle area is seeking a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) for outpatient care and IOP responsibilities. This role focuses on patient-centered psychiatric evaluation, medication management, and collaborative care within a growing outpatient network.

You’ll work with a multidisciplinary team across adult and adolescent populations, provide evidence-based treatment, and contribute to program development.

Competenze

• Master's or Doctoral Degree in Nursing.
• Current Washington APRN licensure (or ability to obtain).
• Board Certification as a PMHNP-BC.
• Strong clinical assessment, diagnostic, and treatment skills.
• Commitment to patient-centered, evidence-based care.

Mansioni

• Psychiatric evaluations and diagnostic assessments.
• Medication management and treatment planning.
• Ongoing monitoring of patient progress and outcomes.
• Treatment of conditions includes depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, PTSD, ADHD, psychotic disorders.
• Collaboration with multidisciplinary treatment teams.
• Patient and family education regarding diagnoses, medications, and treatment recommendations.
