Job summary

You will collaborate with primary care and behavioral health staff, educate patients and families, and participate in quality improvement while maintaining thorough EMR documentation.

Qualifications

• Master's or Doctoral degree from an accredited Nurse Practitioner program.
• Active (or eligible for) ARNP license in Washington with Prescriptive Authority.
• Board Certification as a PMHNP (ANCC).
• Experience with psychiatric medication management within an integrated Collaborative Care model.
• Strong documentation skills in electronic health records.
• Deep commitment to serving low-income, culturally diverse, and medically underserved populations.
• Bilingual English/Spanish skills are highly desired.

Responsibilities

• Direct Patient Care: Perform psychiatric diagnostic evaluations and ongoing medication management for ambulatory clinic and telehealth patients.
• Integrated Consultation: Serve as an expert behavioral health resource for primary care providers, coordinating care plans.
• Patient & Family Education: Counsel on diagnoses, medications, health promotion, and self-directed wellness goals.
• Clinical Excellence & Advocacy: Contribute to quality improvement and adherence to practice guidelines.
• Accurate Documentation: Maintain timely, complete, and compliant EMR records.
