Fairfax Behavioral Health in Washington is seeking a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) for outpatient care. You will conduct psychiatric evaluations, provide diagnosis, and manage medications within a collaborative behavioral health team.

The patient population includes adults and adolescents (12+). You will develop treatment plans, monitor progress, educate patients and families, and work with psychiatrists, therapists, and staff to deliver evidence‑based care.

Formación

• Master's or Doctoral Degree in Nursing required.
• Current Washington APRN licensure or ability to obtain.
• Board Certification as PMHNP-BC required.

We're seeking a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) who is passionate about providing thoughtful, patient-centered care in an Outpatient setting. The Role

• Psychiatric evaluations and diagnostic assessments.
• Medication management and treatment planning.

• Treatment of conditions includes depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, PTSD, ADHD, psychotic disorders, etc.
• Collaboration with multidisciplinary treatment teams.
• Patient and family education regarding diagnoses, medications, and treatment recommendations.

Compensation & Benefits

• Base salary $150,000-$185,000 based on job fit, experience, and other factors.
• 26 days PTO annually.

Qualifications
