Job summary

NKU Beta Gamma Sigma seeks an Assistant Teaching Professor for the MSN PMHNP track to coordinate, lead, and teach graduate courses. The role upholds CCNE Essentials and AACN NONPF standards, preparing students for PMHNP certification and advancing curriculum alignment and student success.

You will collaborate with MSN and SON faculty, participate in governance, and ensure high-quality delivery, assessment, and student support, with duties including course operations, grading reviews for scores

Qualifications

• Doctoral degree in Nursing or related field.
• Advanced Practice Certification as an PMHNP.
• Active RN license in state of residence.
• At least three-years of direct patient care as an PMHNP.
• Previous graduate-level teaching experience.
• Previous online teaching experience.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate, lead, and teach MSN courses in the PMHNP track.
• Ensure CCNE Essentials, AACN and NONPF standards alignment in curriculum.
• Participate in program governance, meetings, and curriculum reviews.
• Monitor student performance and provide timely academic support.
• Collaborate with MSN and SON faculty to ensure curriculum relevance.
