Job summary

Central City Concern’s Blackburn Center in Portland, OR seeks a PMHNP to join an integrated care team delivering trauma-informed psychiatric and behavioral health care within a primary care setting. You will evaluate patients, prescribe medications including buprenorphine and naltrexone, and provide brief psychotherapy with consultation as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in nursing and Master's degree in Psychiatric/Mental Health Nursing.
• Current license to practice nursing in Oregon and PMHNP certification.
• Full prescriptive authority in Oregon with DEA number.
• BLS certification prior to start.

Responsibilities

• Perform psychiatric evaluations and prescribe/manage medications.
• Provide brief psychotherapy and crisis intervention.
• Collaborate with integrated care teams and participate in case conferences.
