Billings Clinic in Billings, MT is seeking a part-time Nurse Practitioner – Psychiatric Services (0.6 FTE) to provide high-quality psychiatric care under physician supervision. The role requires PMHNP credentials and valid MT/WY APRN license, along with an MT/WY RN license as appropriate.

You will perform comprehensive patient assessments, order tests, provide therapies, develop care plans, educate patients, participate in on-call rotations, and contribute to quality improvement initiatives

Formación

• Graduate of an accredited nurse practitioner program.
• Board certification as a Nurse Practitioner.
• Current Montana and/or Wyoming APRN license to practice as an advance practice nurse.
• Current Montana and/or Wyoming RN license as appropriate to service area.

Responsabilidades

• Examines patients and performs comprehensive physical examination and compiles patient medical data.
• Administers or orders diagnostic tests and differentiates abnormal results.
• Performs therapeutic procedures within licensure scope (injections, immunizations, suturing, wound care).
• Develops diagnosis and treatment plans and documents progress notes.
• Instructs and counsels patients and families on prescribed regimens.

Educación

Graduate of an accredited nurse practitioner program

Current Board Certification as a Nurse Practitioner

Montana and/or Wyoming APRN license

Montana and/or Wyoming RN license
