Job summary

Behavioral Health Solutions is seeking an Advanced Psychiatric Practitioner (PMHNP, PA-C) to join our SNF Psychiatry team in Montana. You will provide in-person psychiatric care to geriatric patients in skilled nursing facilities, with a focus on stability, support, and flexible scheduling.

We offer a compensation package with base salary plus incentives, generous PTO, CEU allowances, and access to AI note-taking tools to streamline documentation. Montana licensed clinicians encouraged.

Qualifications

• Basic computer knowledge.
• Excellent written communication.

• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Able to work under stressful conditions.
• Spanish language skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide face-to-face psychiatric services to patients in Skilled Nursing Facilities.
• Assess the patient’s mental status based on symptoms.
• Diagnose DSM-V disorders and develop treatment plans.
• Apply psychopharmacology options and non-pharmacological treatments.
• Staff clinical cases with psychiatrists.
