PanCare of Florida is seeking a skilled Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) to deliver high-quality mental health care in our FQHCs. You will perform psychiatric evaluations, diagnose disorders, develop treatment plans, and collaborate with primary care and behavioral health teams to ensure integrated, holistic care.

You will provide psychopharmacology, psychotherapy, and coordinated referrals while maintaining HIPAA-compliant documentation.

Competenze

• MSN or DNP with PMHNP focus required.
• ANCC PMHNP certification required.
• Minimum 1 year in psychiatric/behavioral health.
• Preference for 3+ years in community-based, FQHC, or similar settings.

Mansioni

• Conduct psychiatric evaluations and mental health assessments.
• Diagnose mental health disorders and develop evidence-based treatment plans.
• Prescribe, monitor, and manage psychotropic medications.
• Provide psychotherapy and counseling as clinically appropriate.
• Collaborate with primary care, behavioral health staff, and care teams.
• Coordinate referrals to specialty services and community resources.
• Educate patients and families on conditions and treatment options.
• Maintain accurate EHR documentation and ensure HIPAA compliance.
• Participate in outreach, education, and quality improvement initiatives.
