Elite DNA Behavioral Health in Ocala, Florida seeks a full-time Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner. You will diagnose, treat, and manage medications for patients across ages in outpatient and residential settings, collaborating with an interdisciplinary team to provide high-quality mental health care.

Requirements include a PMHNP license, MSN in PMH nursing, ANCC certification, and a current license. Strong English communication and EMR proficiency are essential.

Qualifications

• Diagnose, conduct exams and prescribe meds for psychiatric-mental health patients.
• Experience with all ages and with Suboxone.
• Provide outpatient and residential care as needed.
• Work independently with medical team and clinical privileges.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary primary care teams for employees and patients.
• Document histories, exams, risk assessments and tests; attend consultations.
• Prescribe meds per clinic policy and state regulations.
• Consult with physicians on complex cases when needed.
• Record patient data and case presentations accurately.
• Deliver health education to patients and families for prevention.
• Communicate effectively with health professionals.
