Job summary

The Providence Center in Rhode Island is seeking a dedicated Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) to join our multidisciplinary behavioral health team. The position splits 50% of time between the Crisis Stabilization Unit at Butler Hospital and our outpatient treatment setting, offering a balanced clinical role.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner program.
• Certified by ANCC or AANPCB.
• Active Rhode Island APRN license or eligible for licensure (RN, CSR, DEA).

Responsibilities

• Provide PMHNP care in the CSU and outpatient settings.
• Collaborate with nurse managers, therapists, social workers, and pharmacists.
• Document care in the Epic EMR system.
