Job summary

Qualifications

• MSN or DNP from an accredited PMHNP program.
• PMHNP-BC certification.
• Full Rhode Island APRN licensure with PMHNP.
• DEA registration with CS prescribing authority.
• MAT/buprenorphine prescribing authority or willingness to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations including DSM-5-TR/ICD-10.
• Develop and update individualized treatment plans with the care team.
• Prescribe, titrate, monitor psychiatric meds including controlled substances.
