Job summary

Stella Mental Health in Layton, Utah seeks a licensed PMHNP to join our clinic as a primary psychopharmacologist. You will conduct patient visits, perform psychiatric evaluations, and develop treatment plans in collaboration with an interdisciplinary team.

Qualifications

• Current license as a PMHNP in Utah
• Unrestricted license to practice in the State of Utah
• 2 years of experience as a licensed PMHNP
• State Controlled Substance License II–V
• Federal DEA Certificate II–V
• BLS Certification for Healthcare Providers
• Ability to collaborate with an interdisciplinary care team
• Effective problem-solving and prioritization skills
• Previous clinical setting experience
• TMS and Ketamine experience is a plus

Responsibilities

• Conduct patient visits per accepted practice standards
• Obtain patient histories and perform psychiatric evaluations
• Develop and implement treatment plans in accordance with clinical practice guidelines
• Build and manage a panel of patients as primary psychopharmacologist
• Monitor the effectiveness of therapeutic intervention and follow-up care
• Maintain confidentiality of PHI
• Assume responsibility for time management and professional relationships
• Maintain continuing education for licensure and certifications
• Provide timely and detailed documentation of clinical care
