Job summary

Meridian Counseling is seeking a licensed Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner in Utah to join our growing group practice serving the Salt Lake City area. The role focuses on psychiatric evaluations, medication management, and patient education, with a flexible schedule and options for full-time or part-time engagement.

Candidates must hold an MSN and ANCC PMHNP certification, have an active Utah license, and at least three years of experience in psychiatric medication management.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Nursing with ANCC PMHNP certification.
• Active Utah license in good standing.
• Minimum 3 years of psychiatric medication management experience.

Responsibilities

• Conduct psychiatric assessments, develop diagnoses, and create treatment plans.
• Maintain up-to-date documentation in Meridian's EHR system.
• Participate in optional consultations and professional development opportunities with the Meridian clinical team.
• Coordinate care with therapists, staff, and leadership to ensure integrated treatment.
• Manage a self-directed weekly schedule with flexible hours; full-time or part-time, employee or contractor.
• Meridian Counseling handles billing, credentialing, and client acquisition; focus on patient care and documentation.
