Stella Mental Health in Woods Cross, Utah, is seeking a licensed PMHNP or PA to join our interventional psychiatry team. You will combine psychiatric evaluations, psychotherapy support, and interventional care to craft personalized, life-changing treatment plans.

The role emphasizes TMS, ketamine, Spravato, and DSR within a collaborative, mission-driven setting. We offer a comprehensive Total Rewards Package and a 110k–135k base salary with a 10% incentive program, plus career growth and CME

Qualifikationen

• Active PMHNP or PA license in the applicable state.
• Current DEA registration with CS prescriptive authority.
• Minimum 1 year mental health experience as PMHNP or PA.
• Experience delivering psychiatric care in behavioral health settings.
• Solid knowledge of psychopharmacology and treatment planning.
• Familiarity with interventional treatments such as ketamine, Spravato, TMS, SGB.
• Strong clinical judgement and collaboration within an interdisciplinary team.
• Proficiency with electronic medical records (EMR).
• Ability to maintain required REMS certifications and training.
• Willingness to complete specific interventional training (e.g., BrainsWay Deep TMS).
• Trauma-informed care approach in patient interactions.
• RN experience beneficial for NP candidates.

Aufgaben

• Conduct comprehensive psychiatric assessments and determine care readiness.
• Develop personalized treatment plans within Stella's Transformative Care framework.
• Present options for therapy and interventional care to patients and families.
• Prescribe and manage psychotropic medications with follow-up.
• Collaborate with therapists and clinic teams to integrate care.
• Inform patients about levels of care including IOP when indicated.
• Support TMS, Spravato, ketamine, DSR and other interventional treatments.
• Maintain trauma-informed, compassionate care and accurate documentation.
