Inner-Circle Communities LLC in Columbus, OH is seeking a passionate Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) to join our growing team. This role offers the opportunity to deliver compassionate, evidence-based mental health care in a collaborative environment.
Candidates must hold an active Ohio NP license (CNP) and PMHNP-BC certification, with DEA prescriptive authority. We value patient-centered care and strong communication, and offer a competitive salary with a flexible schedule
Competenze
- Must hold an active Ohio Nurse Practitioner license (CNP)
- Board certification PMHNP-BC
- DEA license and prescriptive authority in Ohio
- Master's or Doctoral degree in Nursing with psychiatric/mental health focus
Mansioni
- Conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations and mental health assessments
- Develop, implement, and manage individualized psychiatric treatment plans
- Prescribe and monitor psychotropic medications, adjusting as indicated
- Provide evidence-based psychotherapy and therapeutic interventions
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary care teams
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation in compliance with regulations
- Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans for optimal outcomes
