Schedule: Full-time, Monday–Friday; no evenings, weekends, or overnight shifts
Salary: $110,000 per year
Mindfully Psychiatry is seeking a PMHNP / Clinical Practice Operations Manager who enjoys both providing high-quality psychiatric care and helping a growing practice operate at its best. This is a unique opportunity for an experienced PMHNP who wants to continue seeing patients while taking on meaningful clinical leadership and practice operations responsibilities.
You will partner closely with practice leadership and the medical director to support excellent patient care, develop efficient workflows, strengthen provider support, and help shape the continued growth of the practice.
The role offers a balance of direct patient care and operational leadership, with the flexibility to structure your day around clinical and administrative responsibilities. You will have a voice in how the practice operates and the support of an experienced leadership team—you won't be expected to figure it out alone.
