Job summary

Mindfully Behavioral Health in Ohio is seeking a Licensed Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) to join as an independent contractor. The role offers a flexible schedule with a minimum of 24 hours per week, including at least 16 hours on-site and a mix of days with some afternoons/evenings, plus potential for additional hours.

You will help establish and expand psychiatric services, collaborate with counselors on an integrated care team, and provide in-person and telehealth

Qualifications

• PMHNP board license is required.
• Commit to at least 24 hours per week.
• Willingness to work more hours as needed.
• Comfort with 1099 contract arrangement.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Organized, detail-oriented, self-motivated, and a self-starter.
• Ability to function as an integrated healthcare team member.
• Two years of relevant clinical health experience preferred.

Job Overview:

We are looking for a dedicated Licensed Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) to join our team as an independent contractor. This flexible position offers a minimum commitment of 24 hours per week with in-person availability for at least 16 hours per week (mix of days with at least 2 afternoon/evenings). While 24 hours is the baseline, we welcome the possibility of additional hours based on availability.

In this role, you will play a pivotal part in establishing and expanding psychiatric services, working closely with counselors as part of an integrated care team. The position is structured as a 1099 contract, offering a combination of in-person and telehealth ambulatory work.

• Manages the healthcare of patients with compassion, cultural sensitivity, and preserves dignity and rights.
