Job summary

You will partner with leadership to optimize workflows, support providers, and drive growth while maintaining high-quality psychiatric care and a patient-centered experience across local offices.

Qualifications

• Board-certified PMHNP with active OH license.
• Experience providing psychiatric care.
• Strong communication, organization, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
• Willingness to work from Cincinnati-area offices and travel occasionally.
• Healthcare management or practice leadership experience preferred.
• Ability to balance clinical and operational responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient-centered psychiatric evaluation and medication management.
• Maintain a manageable clinical caseload while supporting the practice.
• Collaborate with leadership and medical director to ensure clinical excellence.
• Oversee day-to-day clinic operations and improve efficiency.
• Develop workflows, staffing, scheduling, and patient flow.
• Lead a small administrative team and monitor KPIs for improvement.
• Support HIPAA/OSHA compliance and safety culture.
