LifeStance Health is hiring Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioners in the Salt Lake City area. The role requires PMHNP certification, Utah license, and 2+ years of experience, with a focus on adult and/or child/adolescent populations.

Qualifications
- Licensed in Utah with a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner Certification, must be an experienced PMHNP.
- Prescriptive Authority required or able to obtain.
- DEA registration required or able to obtain.
- Experience with adult and/or child/adolescent populations.
- Experience in medication management and therapy.
Responsibilities
- Provide psychiatric assessment, diagnosis, and treatment planning.
- Manage medication regimen and coordinate psychotherapy when appropriate.
- Collaborate with clinical team to ensure high-quality behavioral healthcare.
- Participate in hybrid in-office and remote scheduling.
