Job summary
LifeStance Health in Utah is hiring a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) with 2 years of experience to provide high-quality behavioral healthcare. The role is hybrid (2–3 days in office, 1–2 remote) with competitive compensation and full benefits. We prefer candidates focused on children and adolescents.
Must hold Utah PMHNP certification, prescriptive authority, and a valid DEA. Bilingual skills are a plus.

- Must have 2 years experience as a PMHNP
- Licensed in Utah with PMHNP certification
- Prescriptive Authority and DEA required
- Experience with adult and/or child/adolescent populations
- Experience in both medication management and therapy
