LifeStance Health is hiring a Nurse Practitioner with PMHNP certification for Utah offices in a hybrid model. The role focuses on psychiatric care with flexible scheduling and a generous compensation structure.

Candidates should have PMHNP credentials, be able to obtain PRESCRIBING authority and DEA, and experience with adults and/or youth, including therapy and medication management.

Qualifications

• Utah license and PMHNP certification are required.
• Ability to obtain Prescriptive Authority and DEA registration.
• Experience with adult and/or child/adolescent populations; capability for medication management and therapy.

Responsabilités

• Provide psychiatric care to adults and/or children/adolescents.
• Perform medication management and psychotherapy within a collaborative team.
• Work in a hybrid clinic with in-office and remote days.
