Job summary

The Mental Wellness Center seeks a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP/ARNP) as a 1099 contractor to provide comprehensive evaluations and ongoing medication management. You will work within a collaborative team and benefit from strong internal referrals with full administrative support.

The role offers flexible scheduling and a 60/40 revenue split, allowing you to focus on clinical care while the team handles scheduling, billing, and client coordination.

Qualifications

• Licensed ARNP / PMHNP in the relevant state
• DEA license (or eligibility)
• Experience in outpatient mental health preferred
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to manage an independent caseload

Responsibilities

• Conduct psychiatric evaluations (60–90 minutes)
• Provide medication management follow-ups (20–30 minutes)
• Collaborate with therapists on treatment planning
• Maintain timely and accurate documentation in EHR
• Provide psychoeducation to clients regarding medications
