Qualifications

Active Florida ARNP license required.
Board certification as PMHNP preferred.
Experience working with adolescents required.
Behavioral health or substance use experience preferred.
DEA registration required.

Responsibilities

Under the direction of the Medical Director, conduct psychiatric and medical assessments for adolescent and adult patients
Diagnose and treat mental health, substance use, and co‑occurring disorders
Prescribe and manage psychotropic medications in compliance with regulations
Develop and adjust individualized treatment plans
Monitor patient progress, medication effectiveness, and side effects
Collaborate with physicians, therapists, nurses, and treatment teams
Maintain accurate, timely documentation in the EMR
Provide patient and family education and support
Participate in treatment team meetings and clinical reviews
