About the Role EverCare Mobile Health is seeking a PMHNP to support residents in long-term and residential care settings. Compensation Model Visit-based reimbursement or W2 hourly position, including:

• Initial evaluations (90792, 99345)
• Follow-up care (99214, 99215)
• Psychotherapy with medication (90833)
• Crisis/extended services (as applicable)
