Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate all house-wide functions during the designated shift.

• Assign nursing staff to clinical areas to meet care needs and coordinate overtime as necessary.
• Lead in emergency situations and respond to codes.
• Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and regulatory standards.
