Overview

Now hiring a PMG Operations Specialist.

This role provides operational support for the PMG Departments and clinics. The specialist assists clinic or department leadership with operational efforts, including project implementation, program outreach, process improvement, and initiative support. The role involves routine interaction with external departments within and outside the organization necessary for department operation.

Ideal Candidate

High School/GED required; Bachelor's Degree preferred. Minimum of 3 years healthcare experience.

Responsibilities
  • Assist leadership with operational and standardization efforts
  • Maintain knowledge of PMG and departmental operations related to process improvement
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with staff, leadership, providers, and patients
  • Communicate with external departments and vendors
  • Organize and implement operational practices for one or more sites
  • Assist with onboarding and orientation of new providers and staff
  • Prepare and code invoices for approval
  • Track and process provider CME and license reimbursements
  • Create and manage provider schedules under supervision
  • Assist with creation and management of provider Epic templates
  • Coordinate provider call schedules and communicate changes
  • Oversee payroll and time tracking for clinic staff
  • Support program outreach, which may involve travel or offsite visits
  • Assist with regulatory compliance as needed
  • Perform other support tasks, including facilitating meetings, ordering supplies, and coordinating service requests
  • Perform all other duties as assigned
