Job Summary

This position is responsible for leading, motivating, training, and supporting the activities of a warehouse team. The role ensures efficient shipping, receiving, storage, and distribution, while safeguarding warehouse contents against loss. The position offers an annual salary of $67-77, including hourly rate plus shift differential pay, working on the 2nd shift.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise warehouse operations and staff.
• Schedule inbound and outbound shipments.
• Inspect work in progress and maintain a dock presence.
• Enforce policies and procedures.
• Train, coach, and evaluate warehouse personnel.
• Maintain safety, security, and cleanliness.
• Perform duties as needed to meet objectives.

Scope & Impact

Manage 20-35 employees and oversee inventory valued over $2.5M. Use productivity tools to measure employee performance.

Minimum Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED with 4-6 years of relevant experience, or equivalent.
• 1-3 years of supervisory experience.
• Understanding of safe receiving, storing, requisitions, shipping, and delivery procedures.
• Basic inventory management knowledge.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Proficiency with Warehouse Management Systems.
• Up to 5% travel.

Preferred Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business or related field.
