Job summary

Circle K is seeking a PM Technician to join our team in the tri-city area of Washington.

The role focuses on maintaining equipment and facilities, troubleshooting, and ensuring safe, compliant operations. 3–5 years in maintenance with plumbing/HVAC experience is preferred; a valid driver's license and proficiency with MS Office are required. The position is full-time and hourly, with safety and teamwork emphasized.

  • Ensures maintenance operations by initiating, coordinating and enforcing program, operation policies and procedures.
  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing Financial and Key Result Area targets pursuant to Company plan guidelines.

  • Maintains facilities by performing light electrical, plumbing, carpentry, roofing, cleaning, lighting.
  • Maintains continuity among work teams by documenting and communicating actions, irregularities and continuing needs
  • Ensures preventative repairs are performed cost effectively by examining records, reports operating practices and other documentation
  • Participate in training classes for existing and new equipment

  • Maintain a professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reading professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional societies
  • Maintains safe and healthy work environment by abiding to safety policies and procedures; ensuring compliance with federal, state and local requirements
  • Increases professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reading professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional societies.

  • 3-5 years’ experience in maintenance field or more preferred.
  • 1-2 years’ experience in plumbing or HVAC/refrigeration preferred.
  • Must have a valid driver’s license, clean driving record and be insurable as a driver.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple changing priorities and ability to work independently.
  • Highly organized and work well under pressure/deadlines with the ability to multi-task.
  • Must be computer literate in MS Access, Excel, PowerPoint and Word.

Working conditions inventory of the position includes: The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate at a normal range. Hourly $22.50
