Alfafam, a U.S.-based management consulting company, seeks a PM Software Implementation Specialist to lead deployment of business and project management software for clients across the United States. You will collaborate with internal teams and client stakeholders to translate requirements into effective solutions and ensure successful deployments that improve operational efficiency and support growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience in software implementation, systems deployment, or project management.
• Experience working with CRM and business platforms such as Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, HubSpot, GHL, and Monday.com.
• Experience implementing or managing project management tools such as Asana, Teamwork, ClickUp, or similar platforms.
• Strong project management, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Project Management or CRM certifications are a plus (PMP, Agile, Scrum, or platform-specific certifications).

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced PM Software Implementation Specialist to join our team.

In this role, you will be responsible for managing and executing the implementation of business and project management software solutions for our clients. You will collaborate closely with internal teams and client stakeholders to understand business requirements, oversee implementation timelines, and ensure successful deployment of systems that improve operational efficiency and support business growth.

The Details:

• This position is full-time, and remote from Monday to Friday.
• Standard work hours are 9 a.m. - 6 p.m. EST (New York time zone)
• The salary range for this is dependent on location, experience, and skills.
