The Software Program Manager is a essential member of Alamar’s Program Management Office. They will oversee and coordinate a portfolio of related software development projects that support multiple new product development programs. They will ensure successful delivery across cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and vendors. This role bridges technical execution and business goals, keeping programs on schedule, on budget, and aligned with organizational objectives.
As part of the PMO team, the individual also contributes to improving processes and metrics and must be comfortable operating in regulated environments.
The base salary range for this full-time position is $80/hour - $100/hour. Our salary ranges are determined by work location, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Please Note - We participate in E-Verify to confirm authorization to work in the United States.
